Diamond cutting wire saw requires some auxiliary devices and tools, such as Scissor, Hydraulic pressor, Jack hydraulic pressor, Assembly table for wire saw and Pressed film, etc. A hydraulic pressor actually is a standard hydraulic tool used for crimping and joining wires and wiring terminals. Because it is a standard hydraulic tool, it must be equipped with a special wire saw joint pressure film on the crimping pliers, and then can be used to connect the wire rope to make it a closed cutting loop. The hydraulic pressor is the most commonly used crimping tool at present, it uses static friction force to join the wire saw and the joint. It has the characteristics of simple structure, enough joint pressure, and flexible and convenient operation. Hydraulic pressors can be used to connect wire ropes of various structures such as spring type, plastic-type and rubber type, and various joints that need to be joined by static friction force. In stone mining and processing, according to the different use of the connection wire saw, need to be equipped with different pressure values of hydraulic pressor. If it is used to connect the wire saw for cutting marble, it requires a hydraulic pressor with 100KN pressure. If it is used to connect the wire saw for cutting granite, it requires a hydraulic pressor with 200KN pressure.
