Granite Segment is made by mixing diamond powder and various alloy powders, and sintered by high-temperature hot pressed. It is mainly used to replace the finished segment on the diamond saw blade. In China, it usually uses high-frequency machines and silver ribbons to pass high-temperature welding, while in some other countries, they may use a torch to burn and then weld. Granite Segment has a fine structure, relatively high compressive strength, low water absorption, high surface hardness, good chemical stability, strong durability, and uniform surface texture.
