The process is as follows:

3. Press the non-diamond layer, drop the non-diamond layer material into the mold while the mold is rotating, scrape and compact, put on the pressing ring for cold pressing.
4. The diamond layer is hot pressed, the diamond lamination ring is taken out and cleaned, the contact surface between the non-diamond layer and the diamond layer is roughened, coated with a layer of epoxy resin adhesive, the diamond layer abrasive tool is reassembled, and then the material is fed and scraped. , press ring and shim, placed on a hot press for hot pressing.
5. After unloading the mold, after the hot pressing is completed, take the abrasive tool out of the hot press for rapid cooling, and remove the mold sleeve, mandrel, pressure ring, etc.
