At present, there are two main methods for mining granite mines with diamond wire saws, one is the mixed method combined with traditional drilling and controlled blasting mining methods, and the other is the whole sawing mining method similar to marble . The former can replace the flame cutting machine to open up the free surface, forming easy-to-implement double-sided, or even single-sided controlled blasting, improving mining efficiency and mining block rate. The latter will participate in the whole process of block mining, trimming and sawing. The extracted blocks have a smooth surface, regular shape, good quality, large block size and high block rate. When processing slabs, it can greatly shorten the time for the saw blade to cut into the block, reduce the processing cost, and obtain a higher board yield rate.
