When we start to use a new diamond wire saw, firstly we need to make the diamond fully opened, so before its normal working, we need some procedures to sharpen. Following the procedures:
At the begining, the speed slowly, and gradually raise up;
Every 5 minutes raise up the line speed: 20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30m/s
After these procedures, the diamond is fully opened, then the wire can be normal working.
