Or cut the wire rope from the part where the beads are loose, remove the loose beads, and connect the wire rope with a joint to continue using. If the plastic or rubber wire saw appear ovality wear, it indicates that the wire saw can no longer spin during the cutting process. If the ovality of the wire rope is slight, it must stop to check the spin status of the wire saw. Find the reason of bead oval wear. And adjust the process parameters such as the feed speed of the wire saw to restore the bead to a normal cylindrical shape. However, if the ovality of beads is serious, the cutting of the wire saw must be stopped immediately, and find out the cause of the ovality of the beads, and study the modification plan. The main operational reason for the wear of the ovality of the beads on the plastic and rubber wire saw is: the number of preload rotations is not enough or the preload rotation is not performed; the reason for the manufacture of beaded rope is: the sealing quality between the beads and the steel wire rope is not good, the beads and the steel wire rope are not fixed resulting in relative rotation. The reason for the ovality of the spring wire saw is usually that the pre-pressure of the spring is too large during the bead assembly process, and the beads are tightly fixed on the wire rope to prevent it from rotating freely.
