The basic cutting method of diamond bead saw refers to the cutting method of vertical surface, horizontal surface, inclined surface or closed back. The different combinations of these methods constitute a sawing mining process system that uses diamond wire saw machine to mine marble. The main purpose of the diamond wire saw machine for horizontal cutting on the ore body is to separate the separated body from the horizontal connection surface with the ore body. In marble mines, the horizontal plane is the first sawing process where the separated body is separated and sawed, and then the vertical plane can be separated and cut. This procedure is irreversible, because when cutting on a horizontal plane, the connection between the vertical surface of separation body and the ore body is a guarantee to prevent the separation body from falling. If cut the vertical surface first, these supports are released, then in the later horizontal plane cutting, even in the early stage of horizontal plane cutting, the separation body will fall at any time and press the wire machine, resulting in the scrap of the wire machine. The more serious situation is the wire saw may break and fly out, causing more serious accidents. Even if the horizontal plane is cut first, in the cutting process, the steel wedges should be inserted as deep as possible in the saw gap at any time to keep the separated body sufficiently supported on the horizontal plane. This kind of auxiliary support is more important for separated bodies with cracks. Before horizontal cutting, the position of the vertical hole and the horizontal hole should be selected according to the determined separation body size. The order of drilling is to drill deep holes first, and then drill shallow holes last. This is mainly considering the cost and ease of making up the holes if the holes fail to meet.
