Commonly used inner circular cutting saw blade for cutting semiconductor wafers, the diamond is located on the inner circular cutting edge. The circular saw blade is a commonly used sawing tool with a large diameter span, from a few millimeters of engraving blades to a large saw blade with a diameter of several meters. There are also many cutting objects, and the structure, hardness and size of the cutting objects are also very different. Therefore, the processing and manufacturing methods, the raw materials used and the requirements for use are different. Diamond circular saw blade is currently the most common sawing tool used in my country's stone industry. A diamond circular saw blade is a kind of disk-shaped cutter, which inlays diamond particles around the matrix by means of powder metallurgy or electroplating. The purpose of cutting is achieved by fracturing and crushing diamond particles and shearing other materials in a large area. There are many kinds of diamond circular saw blades and their classification is very complicated. There are usually several types of classification :
1. Classification by structure: wide water tank diamond saw blade, segment block combined diamond saw blade, narrow water tank diamond saw blade, keyhole slot diamond saw blade, turbo saw blade, bowl saw blade, etc.
2. Classified by process: laser welded diamond saw blade, sintered diamond saw blade, high frequency welded diamond saw blade, etc.
3. Classification by processing objects: marble cutting saw blades, granite cutting saw blades, concrete cutting saw blades, etc.
