
DTH drill is mainly used for horizontal, vertical and inclined large-caliber drilling of horizontal rock stripping and earthwork blasting engineering in large area of mine. It is a necessary product for mining earthwork blasting and diamond beaded saw. Down-the-hole drilling rig is a rotary percussion drilling machine that installs the drill bit and the impactor that produces the impact on the front end of the drill pipe and dives to the bottom of the hole for drilling. When working, the rotary mechanism drives the drill pipe, the impactor and the drill bit to rotate, and at the same time, the compressed air enters the impactor through the drill pipe, and pushes the piston of the impactor to repeatedly impact the drill bit to break the rock. The mixture is discharged out of the hole along the gap between the drill pipe and the hole wall. In addition, the slewing mechanism is driven by the lifting and pressure regulating mechanism, slides along the drilling frame, pushes the impactor and the drill bit, and realizes continuous drilling. Compared with the rock drill, the down-the-hole drilling rig overcomes the disadvantage that the drilling speed of the rock drill decreases significantly with the increase of the hole depth. Compared with steel wire impact drilling rigs, it can drill inclined holes, with high degree of mechanization, short auxiliary operation time and high drilling efficiency. DTH drilling rig is generally composed of supporting device, rotary power device, impact power device, thrust device, gas distribution device and other parts in structure. The support device is composed of a front frame and a rear frame, and the front and rear frames are respectively composed of connecting frames, adjustment screws, self-locking nuts, etc. Used to adjust and maintain the working position of the drilling rig. Rotary power device is composed of air motor, reducer, etc. The impact power device consists of impactor, connecting sleeve, bracket, etc. The thrust device consists of a cylinder, a push rod, etc. The gas distribution device is the control system of the down-the-hole machine, which controls the intake, return and pressure of the high-pressure gas of the air motor, impactor and thrust cylinder.
