after landing, send to designated location for medical observation, stay there for 14days;
do the nucleic acid testing during these 14days;
if you have not symptom and all nucleic acid testings are negative, you are allow to go to your own hotel, but 7 days in the hotel, not allow to go out, and during these 7 days do the nucleic acid testing.
congratulations, after all these 21 days, you have not any symptom and nucleic acid testings are negative, you are free to go any where.
