10.5mm in smaller diameter the speed will be faster, while 11.5mm with bigger diameter, the lifespan will be more. And light reinforced concrete with less steel, the speed can be faster, heavy reinforced concrete with more steel, in same diameter wire saw, the speed will be slower. So normally with smaller diameter 10.5mm is a better choice to cut heavy reinforced concrete to make it more efficency.
